All of our shower menus come with a full dining experience; all you have to do is show up, enjoy the company of friends and family, and open gifts, of course!

All of our shower menus are crafted to be a perfect fit for a baby or bridal shower. For over 30 years, River Crest has offered Southeast Michigan the finest banquet experience for the most reasonable price. These menus are so tailored to bridal and baby showers, that they are available to no other types of parties.

  • Boneless skinless chicken breast seasoned with our Sicilian-inspired breading and baked.
  • Chicken Marsala $18.75/person
  • Boneless skinless chicken breast lightly dusted, flash-fried, and topped with a Marsala wine sauce made from scratch.
  • Chicken Picatta $18.75/person
  • Boneless skinless chicken breast cream-battered, lightly dusted, and flash-fried, topped with a Picatta artichoke sauce made from scratch.
  • Chicken Cordon Bleu $19.50/person
  • Boneless skinless chicken breast stuffed with ham and swiss cheese, breaded and baked. Made from scratch.

    Tossed Salad: A special blend of lettuce and spring mix tossed and served with fresh cut tomatoes and cucumbers.
    Greek Salad: Leafy romaine tossed and served with traditional Greek dressing.
    Antipasto Salad: A special blend of lettuce and spring mix tossed and served with pepperoncini, olives, thin-cut salami, provalone, and other traditional Italian toppings.
    Caesar Salad: Leafy romaine tossed with seasoned croutons and served with traditional Caesar dressing.

    Green Beans Almondine: Green Beans paired with roasted almond slices baked slow and served.
    California Blend: A mix of broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots baked.
    Zucchini Medley: A mix of fresh zucchini and squash sliced, seasoned and baked.
    Bean Medley:A mix of green beans, yellow beans, and carrots baked.
    Peas with Onions and Mushrooms: Peas pared with sliced onions and mushrooms baked.
    Baby Glazed Carrots: Baby carrots glazed with a sweet marinade baked slow and served.
    Corn:Sweet corn with or without pimentos baked slow and served.

    Queen Ann Potatoes: Potatoes sliced thin by hand topped with seasonings, parmesan cheese and baked.
    Red Skin Potatoes: Red skin potatoes sliced, buttered, and baked.
    Potatoes Au Gratin: Potatoes sliced thin, immersed in a traditional au gratin sauce and baked.
    Mashed Potatoes: Potatoes boiled and mashed smooth with butter and cream.
    Baked Potatoes: Whole potatoes baked and served. Toppings available.
    Twice-baked Potatoes:Potatoes baked, mashed and seasoned well, scooped into hollowed potato shells and baked again.
    Steak Fries:Thick-cut fries flash-fried.
