Hors D’oeuvres are completely customizable and can be ordered in one of two ways: per person, which provides enough Hors D’oeuvres for one guest, or by piece, which equals a single-serving of the dish.

At the Chef Carving Station, a River Crest chef will cut and serve guests the meat of your choice.
